An online application are invited for Common Written Examination (CWE PO/MT-III) as a pre-requisite for selection of personnel for Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee posts in the Participating Organisations listed below will be conducted online by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) tentatively in October 2013.

About IBPS: The journey of this Institute began in 1975, just after nationalization of banks, as Personnel Selection Services (PSS), a unit of National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM). The objective was to develop an unbiased and efficient system for recruitment, promotion and placement services. This prototype initiative was extended to provide these services with all the academic and operational inputs to the banking industry initially which now has been extended to non-banking sectors as well. In 1984 this unit became an independent entity – Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) at the behest of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Public Sector Banks. The first Chairman of its Governing Board was Dr Manmohan Singh, the then Governor of RBI. IBPS is envisioned as self governed academic and research oriented institute, with a mission of enhancing human resource development through personnel assessment.

IBPS ends the interview round for Its Clerical Recruitment. In an official announcement on 09-03-2016 it has been decide that no Interviews will be conducted under CWE Clerks-V. 100%
weightage will be given to the score obtained by the candidate in the online
Main Examination of CWE-Clerks-V, instead of weightage ratio of 80: 20 for CWE
Main examination and interview respectively.
IBPS has released Clerk-V Prelims examination admit cards which is to be held on 05.12.2015, 06.12.2015,
12.12.2015, 13.12.2015. Candidates can download their admit cards by visiting IBPS website www.ibps.in or directly from the link given below.
IBPS has conducted Preliminary Examination of Probationary Officers on 3rd and 4th October and 9th and 10th October 2015 in four shift every day. IBPS is going to announce the CWE-V PO result in the second week of October. And the date of Mains exam has also announced 31st October. According to Students appears in the exam the paper was moderate and a well prepare candidate can attempt 50-60 questions easily. Earlier IBPS issued the notification to filling the vacancies of PO in Public Sector Banks. Exam will be held in two stage Preliminary and other one is Mains exam which is going to conduct on 31st October. After review both days papers given by candidates the Expected Cut off of IBPS PO 2015 category wise is given below.

Educational Qualifications: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
